  1. OFFICE
When touring Stella, guests park by and enter through the office to meet our Event Manager and discuss their event details.

  2. GUEST HOUSE
The Guest House is a quaint 1920’s-era bungalow that sits between the pool and the gazebo.

  3. CARRIAGE HOUSE
The Carriage House is a nearly 1500 square-foot rustic open-air venue for informal gatherings or a creative place to serve appetizers and cocktails before moving on to the main event. Its close proximity to the pool makes it ideal for a day of outdoor festivities.

  4. POOL
Our pool fills the space that was once a cooling house in Stella’s heyday as a sugar plantation. In those days, it was used to cool the syrup extracted from sugar cane juice until it hardened into crystals.

  5. SPINDLE GAZEBO
The Spindle Gazebo sits on the edge of a pond and provides a striking backdrop for photography or peaceful relaxation.

  6. MAIN HOUSE
The Main House was built with Louisiana cypress and antique bricks and has been lovingly restored to its original Creole and colonial styles.

  7. OAK ROW
Behind the Main House is an alley of enormous 250-year-old oak trees, an iconic southern setting perfect for any occasion.

  8. MR. CHALIN'S COOK HOUSE
Chalin Perez constructed the Cook House with salvaged wood and antique bricks. The high beamed ceilings, modern open kitchen and comfortable furniture speak to his vision of a gathering place to unwind, have fun and cook the spoils of the day’s hunt.

  9. HAROLD PAVILION
A custom-designed, sixty-by-eighty-foot rectangular tent was recently built in order to provide an elegant venue for year-round use. The 4800 square foot Pavilion can accommodate a sit-down dinner for 200 people, leaving 1200 square feet for a dance floor, band and bars. For a station style function, the Pavilion can accommodate 280 people, still leaving 1200 square feet for the aforementioned reasons. Removable clear walls offer guests an uninterrupted connection with their surroundings.

  10. FATIMA CIRCLE
Fátima Circle is a slightly raised area of lawn on the northeastern corner of the grounds. A small altar encircled with orange trees and adorned with tiles imported from Portugal pays homage to Our Lady of Fátima. The area is bordered by a white picket fence and provides the most expansive view of Stella’s natural beauty.

  11. THE STABLE
Our newest venue was built from Stella’s original sugar barn, yet has a fresh and unique look. The exterior wood and two stunning window lined wings will draw your guests into your celebration. The interior space includes brick walls, custom cypress farm tables, iron chandeliers and copper lanterns. The simple but versatile design gives you plenty of opportunity to make the space your own.
