Enjoy your fish, game, or Stella pick of the day with an amazing dinner prepared especially for the key ingredient. Allow our expert caterers to take over after your group activity and create a specialty menu for you and your guests, focused on your pheasant, quail, hog, trout, redfish crawfish or citrus gatherings.
COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS
Whether you’d like to learn to make a roux, traditional pralines, or the secret to perfect wild hog preparation, we can arrange delicious and informative cooking demonstrations for you and your guests. Host your cooking demonstration in the Cook House, for a more intimate gathering, or create a progressive dinner experience with different stations all around the picturesque Stella grounds.
CELEBRITY CHEF DINNERS
Dazzle your dinner party guests with a Celebrity Chef Dinner at Stella! In the Cook House's open-air kitchen, you are right by the action - watch and even pick up tips from the Chef. If you prefer, simply enjoy your delicious meal by hosting your dinner in the Carriage House or Harold Pavilion for larger parties. Combine with the “Live Off the Land” package for a truly unique experience.
CATCH & BOIL CRAWFISH
Get hands-on experience catching and learning all about Louisiana’s favorite freshwater crustaceans, the crawfish. You and your group will take a rustic wagon ride through Stella. Take turns on our specially designed crawfishing boats to collect the crawfish, bait and replace the traps in the pond, or watch as the fishermen demonstrate. While you crawfish, the remainder of the group will be set up under the shady oak trees that line the ponds with a delicious boil of Stella’s own crawfish. Our crawfish have a stellar reputation of always being red, spicy, big and delicious!
